Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Pup Butler! We’re thrilled to care for your furry companion. Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any service. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

The Pup Butler offers professional one-on-one dog walking, enrichment activities, training reinforcement, and pet check-ins within our designated Atlanta service area.

Services include:

  • The Classic Butler Walk 

  • The Sniffari Adventure Walk

  • The VIP Pup Package

  • The Check-In Visit

Each service is tailored to your dog’s needs and scheduled based on availability.

2. Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be made via our official booking system at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

  • Services are confirmed only upon payment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens!

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled service.

  • Cancellations under 12 hours may incur a 50% fee.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours) are charged in full.

  • Rescheduling can be done free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment.

4. Payment Policy

  • Payments must be made in advance when booking via our online system.

  • We accept debit, credit, and other major online payment methods.

  • Package pricing is non-refundable once the first service has been used.

5. Dog Requirements

To keep everyone safe:

  • Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention.

  • Aggressive behavior must be disclosed ahead of time.

  • Dogs must wear a secure collar/harness and be leash-trained.

  • We do not walk dogs with prong collars or retractable leashes.

6. Weather & Safety

  • Walks may be shortened or replaced with indoor enrichment during extreme weather (heat advisories, thunderstorms, etc.) to ensure your dog’s safety.

  • You will be contacted immediately if your pup shows signs of distress or illness during the walk.

7. Liability

  • While your dog is in our care, we do our best to ensure their safety and well-being.

  • The Pup Butler is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by pre-existing health conditions or behavioral issues not disclosed before service.

  • Owners are responsible for damages caused by their dog to people or property.

8. Keys & Home Access

If we’re entering your home:

  • Clear instructions for access must be provided in advance.

  • All keys are securely stored and labeled with a unique code, not your address.

  • The Pup Butler is not liable for theft or damage caused by third parties with access to your property.

9. Media & Photos

Photos may be taken during walks for updates and promotional purposes.

  • Please let us know in writing if you do not want your dog’s image used on social media or marketing materials.

10. Emergencies

In case of a medical emergency:

  • We will contact you immediately.

  • If you are unreachable, we will take your pet to the nearest available vet.

  • The client is responsible for any resulting veterinary costs.

11. Updates & Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted here with the date of revision.

By booking with The Pup Butler, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that your dog’s health, safety, and happiness are our top priorities.
