Cancellation Policy
🐾 Booking Policy All walks must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through the booking system. Last-minute requests (under 24 hours) may be accepted based on availability and are subject to a $5 rush fee. You'll receive a confirmation via email or text once your walk is scheduled. 🐾 Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 12+ hours in advance: No charge. Cancellations made within 12 hours: Charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows: Charged 100% of the service fee. 🐾 Waitlist Policy If your preferred time slot is full, join the waitlist during booking. If a spot opens, you’ll be notified via text/email. Spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. ☀️ Weather Policy For the safety of your pup, walks may be rescheduled or shortened in case of extreme weather (heat, lightning, ice). In the case of shortened walks due to weather, enrichment activities will be provided indoors (if access is allowed). You will always be notified of any weather-related changes. 🎄 Holiday Pricing & Cancellation Services booked on holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, July 4th) will include a $10 holiday fee. Holiday walks require 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid full charges. Limited availability—book early to reserve your spot!
